GÜNAYDIN APP STUDIO YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "us", "our") built the AI Garden Design: Landscape app as a commercial app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the data we handle.
Information Collection and Use
To provide and improve our Service, we collect the following types of information:
- Photos: When you use our garden design features, you upload photos of your outdoor space. These photos are sent to our servers for AI processing and are used solely to generate your garden designs. Photos are not stored permanently and are automatically deleted after processing is complete.
- Device Identifier: We generate an anonymous device identifier to manage your session, generation history, and subscription status. This identifier is not linked to your personal identity.
- Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the app (e.g., features used, designs generated) to improve our Service.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.
Photo Library Access
AI Garden Design requests access to your photo library so you can select garden photos for AI processing and save generated designs back to your library. We only access photos you explicitly select — we never browse or scan your entire photo library.
AI Processing
When you submit a photo for garden design generation:
- Your photo is securely transmitted to our servers
- The photo is processed using third-party AI services to generate your garden design
- Generated results are stored temporarily to allow you to view and save them
- Input photos and generated images are automatically purged after a reasonable retention period
We do not use your photos for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose other than generating your requested garden designs.
Third-Party Services
Our app uses the following third-party services that may collect data:
- Meta (Facebook) SDK: Used for advertising attribution and measuring the effectiveness of our ad campaigns. This SDK may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Data collected by Meta is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
- Adapty: Used for subscription management and in-app purchase processing. Adapty collects anonymous purchase and subscription data. For more information, see Adapty's Privacy Policy.
- fal.ai: Used for AI image generation processing. Photos you submit are sent to fal.ai for processing and are handled according to fal.ai's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare: Used for hosting and content delivery. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Advertising & Tracking
We use Meta (Facebook) SDK for advertising attribution purposes. Before any tracking occurs, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You can choose to:
- Allow Tracking: Enables us to measure which advertisements led you to our app, helping us improve our marketing efforts.
- Ask App Not to Track: No advertising identifier data will be shared with Meta or any third party.
You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Subscription Data
If you subscribe to premium features:
- Subscription management is handled by Apple and Adapty
- We do not collect or store any payment information (credit card numbers, bank details, etc.)
- We receive anonymous subscription status information to unlock premium features
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
- Refund requests are processed according to Apple's policies
Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- All data transmission between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
- Photos are transmitted securely and stored temporarily in encrypted cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
- Device identifiers are stored securely in your device's Keychain
- We do not maintain user accounts or databases containing personal information
Data Retention
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our Service:
- Uploaded photos: Deleted after AI processing is complete
- Generated designs: Stored for a limited period to allow you to access your design history
- Device identifiers: Retained as long as you use the app
- Usage analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for service improvement
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Deny tracking permissions via the ATT prompt
- Delete the app, which removes all locally stored data
- Request information about what data we hold related to your device
- Request deletion of your data by contacting us
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Data Transfers
Your photos and data may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union. By using our Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these locations. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international data transfers.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
